FUNDACIÓN CIEN Accessibility Policy

In line with the principles of accessibility and universal design, FUNDACIÓN CIEN strives to ensure that all citizens (especially those with disabilities or elderly users) who interact with the organization online can access information and e-services on equal terms, regardless of personal circumstances, resources, or knowledge. In other words, users should be able to browse the FUNDACIÓN CIEN website without encountering accessibility barriers.

Standards and Regulations

The accessibility policy applied by FUNDACIÓN CIEN is aligned with the requirements of Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7, on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of the public sector.

The pages of the Electronic Headquarters of ARTICA currently comply with the requirements of the UNE-EN 301549 v1.1.2:2015 Standard, taking into account the exceptions of RD 1112/2018. Continuous review of new or modified web content is conducted to ensure compliance.

The most recent accessibility review was conducted in December 2024 through an external evaluation.

Display Features

The FUNDACIÓN CIEN website is designed using techniques that ensure proper display on computers and mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones. Font sizes are defined so users can increase or decrease the size via their browser settings.

This website has been tested and optimized for browsers compatible with HTML5 and their supported versions. Using unsupported or outdated browsers may still allow access to the site, but correct display or full functionality of documents and features is not guaranteed.
